The Role
- Plan and deliver targeted interventions in English and Maths for small groups and individual pupils
- Work closely with class teachers, SENCo and senior leaders to track progress and adapt provision
- Use assessment effectively to identify learning gaps and measure impact
- Support pupils to build confidence, resilience and a love of learning
