Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Willesden (NW10) to recruit a Cover Supervisor to start ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated individual who is considering a career in education or looking to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher. You will ensure students remain on task, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and provide support where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students with their work and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
