Are you a passionate Primary School Teacher eager to inspire young learners and make a real impact in the classroom? Milk Education is seeking a motivated and creative Year 3 Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L9). This is a warm and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
The Role
- Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Start Date: November
- Contract: Temporary (week-to-week) with the possibility of a longer-term role
This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills in a welcoming, forward-thinking school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 across the Primary Curriculum
- Support pupils’ academic and personal development through creative, inspiring teaching
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Track pupil progress and provide constructive, timely feedback
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and calmly
- Collaborate with staff and parents to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS
- Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum, especially for Year 3
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A creative, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching
