Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the L23 area. You’ll be working 1:1 with a child in Year 1, providing tailored support and helping them engage confidently in classroom learning. You’ll work closely with the teaching team and benefit from the support of the school’s specialists to deliver targeted interventions and personalised learning activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for both new and experienced educators who are committed to helping younger primary learners thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning plans.
  • Support a Year 1 child in accessing learning and classroom activities.
  • Assist with personal care where required.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Help deliver targeted interventions and activities to support learning and development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children in a school or nursery setting (preferred).
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (essential).
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
  • Confidence in assisting with personal care.
