About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to pupils, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. This role is ideal for those with experience supporting children in the classroom, including pupils with additional learning needs or SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils in the classroom
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Support children with additional learning needs to ensure inclusion in all activities
- Help create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar classroom support role
- Patient, adaptable, and passionate about children’s education
- Relevant qualifications or experience working with SEN pupils is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
