The Role: We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool HQ, with opportunities across Primary, Secondary, and SEND divisions. This is a desk with huge potential for the right person. In this role, you’ll manage a full 360 desk, cultivating strong relationships with both clients and candidates. There’s a clear path to progress to Principal Consultant or Team Lead if that’s your ambition.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Business development & market mapping
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Sourcing, screening, and placing top candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process end-to-end
- Delivering a consistently high-quality service
