About the Role:

We’re recruiting passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in L32 supporting children and young people aged 3–19 with complex needs. Pupils benefit from small-group, activity-based learning tailored to their individual abilities.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting children with autism, PMLD, SEMH, and other complex needs
  • Assisting with sensory regulation, communication, and personal care
  • Encouraging engagement through creative, hands-on activities
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support
