About the Role:
We’re recruiting passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in L32 supporting children and young people aged 3–19 with complex needs. Pupils benefit from small-group, activity-based learning tailored to their individual abilities.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting children with autism, PMLD, SEMH, and other complex needs
- Assisting with sensory regulation, communication, and personal care
- Encouraging engagement through creative, hands-on activities
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience with SEND children is essential—support workers and those with personal experience are welcome
- Calm, empathetic, and proactive individuals who thrive in specialist settings
- Must be able to drive to access the school site
