We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Classroom Support professional to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in managing challenging behaviour and creating a safe, structured learning environment
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students’ social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour plans
  • Encourage positive relationships and help students develop resilience and coping strategies
  • Monitor and report on students’ progress and wellbeing

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN, preferably in SEMH settings
  • Skilled in managing challenging behaviour with patience and consistency
  • Strong understanding of social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
