Milk Education is growing its Liverpool HQ and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with at least 6 months’ experience within a recruitment role, working closely with candidates, who is looking for a more purpose-driven sector, a stronger culture, and genuine long-term progression.
Education recruitment experience isn’t essential; we’re open to recruiters from any sector. Full training and support will be provided through our Learning & Development teams, Trainee Academy, and hands-on mentoring from experienced consultants.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is sales-driven, relationship-focused, and motivated by progression, earnings, and success.
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Depending on Experience)
