Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the L20 area. You’ll be working 1:1 with children in KS2, providing tailored support for pupils with ADHD and helping them engage effectively in classroom learning. You’ll work closely with the SEN team and be supported by the school’s specialists to deliver targeted interventions and personalised learning support. This is a fantastic opportunity for both new and experienced educators who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning plans.
- Support children with ADHD in accessing learning and classroom activities.
- Assist with personal care as required.

- Help deliver targeted interventions and activities to support learning and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND, including ADHD (preferred).
- Paediatric First Aid certification (essential).

- Comfortable assisting with personal care.
- Previous experience working with children in a school or nursery setting.
