Milk Education are recruiting for highly skilled, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a Primary school in Liverpool (L28) to work on a long-term basis starting in January! You’ll be part of a supportive school community, working with a fantastic team of Teaching Assistants. Your main role will be to give 1:1 support in a year 3 class, supporting a child with ASD.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced Teaching Assistant to join a brilliant school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
- Support the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils in the classroom.
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils based in a classroom.
- Run fun and engaging catch-up or small group sessions when needed.
- Create a warm and positive learning space for all children.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting, ideally with SEN support.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare), or strong relevant experience working with children within the last 3 months.
- A genuine love of helping children learn and achieve their best.
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom Teacher.
