Location: Liverpool HQ (onsite filming across the UK ~1x/week)

Salary - £26,000 - £28,000
About the Role
We’re after a creative, proactive Junior Content Producer who’s excited about turning briefs into standout video and digital content.
This isn’t just an editing gig — it’s a full 360° creative role. You’ll take ideas from concept > shoot > edit > final delivery, working alongside our tight-knit marketing team of 5.
You’ll get to work across four brands, so your work is fast, varied, and creatively rewarding:
Podcasts | LinkedIn content | 📱 Instagram Reels | School showcases | Product videos | Office shoots | Internal interviews
We’ll teach you the business, the brands, the gear, and the processes — all we need is your energy, curiosity, and a base of skills in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (CapCut knowledge a bonus!).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day content creation across multiple brands
- Pitch creative ideas and internal concepts
- Plan shoots, write briefs, coordinate with leadership/consultants
- Film high-quality content using professional equipment (training provided)
- Edit multiple versions of content for different platforms
- Create basic graphics, social visuals, and templates
- Assist with project flow, asset organisation, and production timelines
- Support output during busy periods to keep team momentum high
- Learn and grow across the full content production process
What You’ll Work With

- In-house podcast studio
No experience with all of this? No problem! We’ll train you — just bring your energy, curiosity, and drive.
Must-Haves
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of CapCut
- Some experience creating content (personal, project, or professional)
- Portfolio/examples of video/content work (we’re looking at creativity, framing, and pacing, not perfection)
- Full UK driving licence + own car 🚗
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects)
- Experience posting/scheduling social content
- Colour grading experience
- Knowledge of DSLR cameras, lighting & filming gear
- Basic script-writing or storyboard experience
- Any videography/on-set experience (pro or passion project)
