We’re looking for enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants and Classroom Support Staff to support primary schools across Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with a strong can-do attitude who wants to begin a meaningful career in education.
What does a Primary Teaching Assistant do?
- Support whole-class learning alongside the teacher
- Work with small groups or 1:1 to help pupils stay focused and make progress
- Encourage positive behaviour and routines in line with school expectations
- Assist with phonics, reading, writing, and early numeracy activities
- Be a nurturing, reliable role model who helps children feel safe, supported, and confident
