Milk Education is excited to be supporting a welcoming Primary School in L5 seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher. This nurturing, well‑resourced school is the ideal environment for an ECT to develop their teaching practice with the guidance of experienced staff and a committed leadership team.
The Role
- Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Start Date: After February Half-Term
- Contract: Long-term
This role provides an excellent opportunity for ECTs wanting to enhance their skills, gain hands‑on experience in EYFS, and grow in a school with strong professional development support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils.
- Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development through creative, play‑based approaches.
- Build a warm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Track pupil progress and use feedback to refine your practice.
- Manage classroom behaviour calmly and positively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure every child succeeds.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.
