Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher eager to inspire young learners and create a positive foundation for lifelong learning? Milk Education is seeking a motivated and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L27). This is a warm and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to explore, grow, and reach their full potential.

The Role

  • Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Temporary (week-to-week) with the possibility of a longer-term role

This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills within a creative, child-centred Early Years setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Support children’s early language, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, recording key milestones
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Promote inclusive practice and ensure all children feel valued and supported

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Curriculum
  • Excellent communication and early childhood pedagogy skills
  • A caring, creative, and adaptable approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality early years practice
