We are a specialist setting supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 & 4. Our team provides a structured, nurturing environment for young people who need a fresh start and a tailored approach to learning. This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced educator to become a familiar face in a school where staffing, culture and community go hand in hand. We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who is:

  • Strong and adaptable, with a calm, confident presence
  • An excellent communicator, able to build trust with pupils and staff
  • Proactive and positive, with a genuine passion for helping young people thrive
  • Empathetic and patient, with a good sense of humour and a team spirit

Your role will include:

  • Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs in small groups and 1:1
  • Helping to deliver engaging, accessible learning across the curriculum
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support progress
