What You’ll Be DoingAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll kickstart your journey by supporting experienced consultants—sourcing talent, qualifying candidates, and helping fill key roles within schools. Once trained, you’ll level up into a full 360° recruiter, working side by side with top billers who will mentor you and help you smash your goals. You’ll confidently connect with schools, pitch our services, and build meaningful partnerships. Don’t worry—we’ll arm you with everything you need to succeed.
- Responding to daily calls and emails
- Sourcing and screening CVs across Primary, Secondary, and SEN sectors
- Making high-energy introductory sales calls to schools
- Hitting daily KPIs and revenue targets
- Shortlisting top talent for live vacancies
- Contributing to team meetings
- Becoming a CRM whizz
