Milk Education is continuing to grow our brilliant Leeds team, and we’re now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us. We have opportunities across Primary, Secondary, and SEND, with thriving markets, established relationships, and huge potential for growth. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, drive business, and really make their mark. Previous education recruitment experience is essential for this role.

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll step into a 360° recruitment role with clear progression opportunities and the freedom to put your own stamp on things. You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and managing client relationships
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Driving business development and market growth
- Managing the full recruitment cycle
- Growing your market and developing long-term partnerships
