Your Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant or Support Worker, you could be
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Helping children with autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH and other additional needs.
- Encouraging learning, communication and independence.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and families.
- Creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.
