Milk Education is expanding our Leeds team and seeking an experienced Education Consultant to take on an exciting new Secondary desk with huge potential. In this role, you’ll manage a Secondary Schools desk, building strong relationships with both schools and candidates. This is a thriving market, and we need someone ready to take ownership, drive growth, and make their mark.

As a Principal Consultant, you’ll take on a 360° recruitment role with a clear progression path — whether you aim to become a Managing Consultant or the top biller in your team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and managing client relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent
- Driving business development and market growth
- Managing the full recruitment cycle
You’ll be a key player in shaping and expanding our Secondary division across the region.
