The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with their learning and development
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support pupil progress
- Use your understanding of child development and learning strategies in the classroom
- Support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and families
- Support classroom routines and positive behaviour management
