You’ll work alongside experienced pastoral leaders and safeguarding teams to help create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
What you’ll do
- Support students with their social, emotional and behavioural development throughout the school day.
- Work alongside pastoral leaders to deliver interventions for individual students and small groups.
- Build positive relationships with students to improve engagement, attendance and wellbeing.
- Help promote positive behaviour and encourage students to overcome barriers to learning.
- Liaise with teachers and support staff to ensure students receive the guidance they need to succeed.

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
