Responsibilities
- Have a secure understanding of child development and outstanding Early Years practice
- Can plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that support every child’s development
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework, Development Matters and Strong Foundations guidance
- Works positively and effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Maintains high expectations for all children and supports them to achieve their full potential
- Is reflective, motivated and committed to ongoing professional development
- Can work closely with support staff to plan, deliver and evaluate learning provision
- Has experience supporting children with SEND (desirable)
