We’re growing our brilliant Leeds team and looking for an experienced Managing Consultant to join us during a seriously exciting stage of growth. We have opportunities across Primary, Secondary, and SEND, with loads of scope to build something genuinely exciting. This isn’t about stepping into a rigid role, it’s about having the freedom to make your mark, grow your market, and eventually build and lead your own team. You’ll be building strong relationships with schools and candidates, driving business growth, and becoming a key part of the Leeds office journey.
