Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Teach, guide, and support pupils through the KS1 curriculum
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
- Mark work, set home learning tasks, and assess pupil progress
- Support children with SEN and use effective behaviour-management strategies
- Uphold school safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion policies
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Non-Negotiables:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS
- Ability to deliver the National Curriculum across Primary Education
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Commitment to providing a safe and positive learning environment
- Ability to form positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Open to experienced teachers and ECTs
