Are you a passionate and committed Primary Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity in KS1? Milk Education is seeking a dynamic and inspiring educator to join a thriving school community in Leeds and support young learners in achieving their full potential.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:00

Start: September or as soon as possible

Contract: Initially week-by-week, with the potential to progress into a long-term position

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Teach, guide, and support pupils through the KS1 curriculum
  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
  • Mark work, set home learning tasks, and assess pupil progress
  • Support children with SEN and use effective behaviour-management strategies
  • Uphold school safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion policies
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Non-Negotiables:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS
  • Ability to deliver the National Curriculum across Primary Education
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Commitment to providing a safe and positive learning environment
  • Ability to form positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Open to experienced teachers and ECTs
