What you’ll do
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across a range of subjects.
- Work with individual students and small groups to improve confidence, understanding and progress.
- Provide targeted academic and pastoral support where needed.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Build strong relationships with students, teachers and wider school staff.
Who we’re looking for
- Recent graduates with a passion for working with young people.
