Milk Education is working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Leeds who are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join them as Teaching Assistants. The Role

  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in the classroom
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and confidence
  • Use creative approaches, including drama, storytelling, role play, and performance techniques, to engage pupils
  • Support children with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage communication, social skills, and emotional development
  • Work closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Promote positive behaviour and uphold safeguarding policies

  • A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Theatre Studies, or a related subject
