The Role
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with their learning and development
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group interventions
- Use creative approaches to support learning, communication, and confidence
- Help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically
- Support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
