Join secondary schools across Leeds and Wakefield, supporting students aged 11-18 by delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
You'll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment while gaining invaluable experience working alongside experienced teaching staff.
What you'll do
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the teacher's absence.
- Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support students to remain engaged and focused throughout lessons.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff across the school.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and lesson progress.
Who we're looking for
- Confident, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with young people.
- Graduates, aspiring teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, tutors, or experienced Cover Supervisors.
- Strong communicators who can engage and motivate students.
- Calm, adaptable and resilient, with excellent classroom management skills.
- Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential.

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
