Are you a Childhood Studies graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in a school setting? Milk Education is working with welcoming primary schools across Leeds who are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and motivated graduates to work as Teaching Assistants. Hours & Contract
- Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30
- Full‑time roles available
- Short‑term, long‑term, and permanent opportunities

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
- Assist children with their academic, social, and emotional development
- Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs
- Encourage confidence, participation, and positive behaviour
- Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources
What We’re Looking For
- A Childhood Studies degree (2:2 or above)
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, patient, and reliable approach
- Experience working with children (placements, volunteering, tutoring, youth work, childcare, coaching, etc.) is beneficial but not essential
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
