The Role

  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with their learning and development
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential
  • Support children with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties
  • Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
  • Promote safeguarding and uphold school policies at all times
