Milk Education is working with welcoming and inclusive primary schools looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your placement experience and begin a rewarding career supporting children with Special Educational Needs. Hours & Contract
- Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30
- Full-time opportunities available
- Long-term roles with the potential to become permanent

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and other additional needs
- Work alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver tailored support
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Students completing or recently qualified in a T Level in Education & Early Years
- Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
- Patient, caring, and resilient
- Confident communicating with children and school staff
- Ready to begin a full-time career within education
