Milk Education is working with primary schools across Leeds to recruit Behaviour Support Buddies.

This role offers a full-time, flexible start in September 2026 to help children reach their potential.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, build trusting relationships, and assist with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
