We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have
- A degree in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, Sociology or a related subject (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working with children or young people through schools, youth work, mentoring, coaching, care or support work
- A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable young people
- Strong resilience, patience and emotional maturity
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
