Milk Education is recruiting for an Assistant Behaviour & Inclusion Support role in Bradford, supporting students aged 11–18 with behaviour, social and emotional needs. You will work with senior behaviour leads and pastoral teams to promote a positive, inclusive school culture.

Ideal candidates are graduates or aspiring professionals with strong communication skills, empathy and organisation, ready to assist in workplace leadership and to progress into permanent behaviour, pastoral, or SEMH.
