Milk Education is working with a large secondary school in Bradford looking for a Cover Supervisor who can step into the classroom, keep learning on track and become a positive role model for students aged 11–16.
This isn’t about standing at the front and teaching new content. It’s about presence, communication and creating an environment where students can succeed.

- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Supervising students and maintaining a purposeful learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and consistency
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- Supporting the smooth running of the school day
