We’re looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our network of SEND schools across Surrey, supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and complex learning needs .

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be on the frontline of learning and development. From supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to helping teachers create inclusive lessons, your impact will be immediate and tangible. You’ll be a consistent, calm, and encouraging presence, helping children engage, overcome challenges, and celebrate every achievement — no matter how small.

You’ll also collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to ensure that each child receives the tailored support they need. Here, your empathy, patience, and positivity aren’t just valued — they’re essential.
