Milk Education Newcastle is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across secondary school settings in Newcastle. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a meaningful difference in education.
The Role
- Support students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
- Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN and behavioural needs
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to support learning and inclusion
- Help students engage positively with lessons and school life
Who Can Apply
- Graduates in their final year or those who have graduated within the last 5 years, particularly in education, psychology, or related subjects
- Candidates without a relevant degree must have essential, relevant UK schools experience in a secondary setting
