We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our specialist team, supporting children aged 5–11 with a range of complex needs, including autism and other severe learning difficulties. Our West Drayton-based primary SEN school is a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is celebrated for who they are. We follow a play-based learning approach with a strong emphasis on therapeutic strategies , creating a calm, safe, and happy space where pupils can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
