KS2 Teaching Assistant Milk Education are working with a primary school in Norris Green (L11) who are seeking a full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant to work 1-2-1 with a child in Year 4 who has Autism and Complex Needs. This role is starting as soon as possible- Fri 19/12/25. The School are looking for someone who is patient, nurturing and accommodating to the child’s learning needs for this KS2 Teaching Assistant position. The hours of work are 08:30am- 15:30pm, Monday to Friday. This KS2 Teaching Assistant role will involve keeping the child on task and ensuring that the work they doing is being done to a good standard. You will be responsible for getting resources ready for the day and ensure the child’s needs are being met. In this KS2 Teaching Assistant role you will provide a patient and nurturing learning environment for the child. Teaching Assistant- Role & Responsibilities: * Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children * Support children consistently whilst responding to their individual needs * Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate * Deliver catch-up sessions Teaching Assistant Level- Non-negotiables: * Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, within the past two years * Must have a passion for education * Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills * Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher * Must be reliable and punctual Why choose Milk?
