Milk Education are recruiting for a KS2 Teacher to join a thriving primary school committed to academic excellence and inclusive practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about Key Stage 2 teaching and fostering a love of learning in children. The role will allow you to lead learning across Years 3–6, while gaining valuable Education and Training opportunities to enhance curriculum planning, assessment, and behaviour management skills. You will have the chance to work closely with senior leaders and colleagues to develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning. As a KS2 Teacher, you will be part of a supportive, professional team that prioritises pupils’ wellbeing, personal development, and academic progress. What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

  • Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils, including those with SEN and additional needs.
  • Supporting behaviour management and positive learning habits in the classroom.
  • Monitoring progress, tracking assessments, and providing feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and wider school staff to ensure inclusive and effective teaching.

Essential Qualifications / Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE near completion.
  • Experience teaching KS2 pupils with excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a team-focused approach.
  • Commitment to supporting pupil development and raising achievement.
