Milk Education is recruiting 2 dedicated and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and inclusive Nursery in Kirkby (L33) on a permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take an active role within a baby room, supporting children at their earliest stages of development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑quality support

Essential Requirements:

  • Recent and relevant experience working within a baby room nursery setting
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent)

  • Confidence working independently and following team‑lead
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
