Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are seeking an experienced HLTA to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Kingston.
You’ll play an important role supporting teaching across the school and delivering intervention sessions that help pupils achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons during teacher release time.
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Lead intervention groups.
- Assist with assessment and pupil progress.
- Promote positive behaviour throughout the school.
Requirements
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience within a UK primary school.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Passion for supporting children’s learning.
