Milk Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant for an Independent School in Gainsborough to work one on one with children aged 7-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs.
The role requires resilience, empathy and patience, and you will support emotional regulation to help pupils access learning.
Shifts run 08:30–16:30 Mon–Wed and 08:30–15:00 Thu–Fri. This is a full‑time role with a 12–16 week probation and a start date of 3 September 2026.
