Milk Education are partnering with a secondary school in Barnet to recruit an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join the inclusion team. You will support students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH, both in and out of the classroom, helping them access learning and achieve personal targets.
The role involves working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND department to implement tailored interventions, monitor progress, and provide social and emotional support.
