Milk Education is partnering with a well-regarded primary school in Ince (WN2) to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting immediately. This position involves working one-to-one with a child in Year 2 who has Autism and Complex Needs.
The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and highly adaptable to the individual learning needs of the child. You will play a key role in supporting the pupil’s educational and emotional development within a structured and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support for a Year 2 pupil with Autism and Complex Needs
- Keep the child engaged and on task throughout the school day
- Prepare daily resources and support learning activities
- Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
