Milk Education are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND at a welcoming secondary school in Redbridge.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assisting students in accessing the curriculum and achieving their individual targets.

The role also involves supporting EHCP provisions and intervention programmes to foster confidence and independence.
