Experienced Primary Teachers looking to carry on their teaching career with flexibility in a supportive school environment, gaining valuable classroom experience while being supported by experienced teachers and school leaders.

You'll have the opportunity to work across

EYFS, KS1 and KS2 , becoming a familiar face within a school community that values inclusion, wellbeing and pupil progress .

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons that support pupils' learning and development across the Primary curriculum.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and encouraged to succeed.
  • Assessing pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Working collaboratively with experienced teachers, support staff and school leaders to develop your teaching practice.

Requirements or Skills

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing teacher training and expected to achieve QTS.

  • Strong understanding of the

Primary National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.

  • A passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
  • Good classroom management skills with a positive and adaptable approach.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) and the

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
