Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Leeds
Milk Education are recruiting for an ambitious and outgoing HLTA to join a Primary School in Leeds to work on a long-term basis starting in September!
You’ll be joining a child centered, community orientated school, which is focused on ensuring every child leaves as a well rounded, life long learner.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
Higher Level Teaching Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering catch-up sessions within KS2
- Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating, adjusting and leading lessons as appropriate
Higher Level Teaching Assistant Essential Qualifications:
- Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
