Milk Education is seeking a Specialist SEND Assistant to support pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing in a purpose-built environment at Haydon Bridge.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help children build confidence and overcome barriers to learning.

The role welcomes both experienced SEN teaching assistants and those starting a rewarding career in education.

The hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a September 2026 start date.
